Step 1 (Initial Consultation)
Let’s get together and talk about your project. (no charge for initial consultation) Each project is different, we want to hear about yours.

- Do you have budget concerns?
We have lots of questions and want you to share with us everything we need to know about how to make this design just right for you.
Step 2 (Proposal)
After meeting with you we will prepare a proposal of services. The proposal will outline the cost of our service and the stages of the design process. There are no surprises, and questions are always welcome.
Step 3 (Design)
We work with you to develop a design that works with your aesthetic vision and practical needs. Once the design is finalized we move on to permit drawings.
Step 4 (Preliminary Pricing Set)
After the design phase, we will provide you with drawings that will allow you to get some pricing from contractors. If you are building the project yourself, you can use these drawings to conduct your own budget analysis. Once design changes are made (if required) to bring the project inline with your budget, we will begin the permit drawings.
Step 5 (Permit Set)
The permit set contains the Technical drawings required by the city or county to issue a building permit.
